Understanding Rewards and the Points System.
The Entropia Museum Shop allows contributors to redeem points earned through approved submissions. This system is designed to reward meaningful contributions while maintaining the integrity and purpose of the museum as a historical archive.
Contributors earn 10 points for every submission that is reviewed and approved. Submissions must meet quality standards and align with the purpose of preserving Entropia Universe history.
Low-quality, duplicate, or irrelevant submissions may be rejected and will not receive points. The goal is to encourage valuable contributions rather than quantity alone.
Points can be redeemed in the shop for various rewards, including PED payouts and account-based upgrades. Each reward has a fixed point cost and can be redeemed once the required amount is reached.
Some rewards are processed manually and may require time to complete. Others, such as role upgrades, may be applied instantly upon redemption.
PED rewards are fulfilled manually. After redeeming a PED reward, the request will be reviewed and processed in-game. Users may be contacted using their registered avatar name to complete the payout.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure their avatar name is set correctly in their account before redeeming any reward.
Certain rewards, such as the Veteran role upgrade, provide account-level benefits within the platform. These may include features such as automatic approval of submissions and other enhancements.
Role upgrades are typically applied instantly upon successful redemption and are non-reversible.
The shop system is designed to reward genuine contributions. Any attempt to exploit the system through spam, duplicate submissions, or manipulation may result in rejected submissions, revoked points, or account restrictions.
Entropia Museum reserves the right to review and take action against any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
The rewards system exists to support and encourage the growth of the museum. Every approved submission contributes to preserving the history of Entropia Universe while also rewarding the contributor.
